GREETINGS FROM PASTOR TIM
Hello, my name is Tim Miller, and I have the honor of serving as pastor here at Grace Gospel Church (GGC). On behalf of our spiritual family, my wife Emily and I would like to welcome you to come and join us at one of our Sunday services. Whether through conversation and small talk over coffee, through our time in worship and going deep in the study of God’s Word, or through other parts of our fellowship and time together, our prayer is that while you are with us God would touch and strengthen your hearts powerfully with the light, hope, mercy, and truth that are found in the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Many blessings,
Pastor Tim
We are located halfway between Cambridge and Braham on Hwy 65, just north of Grandy across from East Central Diesel. When you see three large crosses near the road, that’s us!

Our Services:
Most of our services begin with a time of welcome, announcements, testimony, and opening prayer. We then move into a time of extended worship (contemporary style, usually 30-40 minutes), followed by a time in which we give opportunity for congregants to share words of encouragement that the Holy Spirit may have impressed on their hearts during worship for the purpose of edifying the church (usually 5-10 minutes, and according to the protocols laid out in passages like 1 Cor. 12-14 and 1 Thess. 5:15-21). We then release children to their classes and begin a time of preaching or in-depth study of the Scriptures (usually 40-45 minutes). We usually conclude the service with a song commonly called the “Doxology” and a benediction (a request for God’s blessing and help through the week).

Special First Sunday Services (“First Things” Service):
On the first Sunday of every month, we have a special service that we call “First Things.” These Sundays are formatted differently than our other Sunday services. In these services, we take time to dedicate the upcoming month to the Lord by turning our hearts and minds to the foundational truths of the gospel that bind us together as a community. As part of the service, we affirm our allegiance to the Lord, recite the Lord’s Prayer together (Matt. 6:9-13), recite the Apostle’s Creed together, take the Lord’s Supper together, and devote more extended and focused time to prayer (for the sick, for one another, for our church and community, etc.). After closing the service by setting our hearts on the promise and hope of Jesus’s return, we then typically eat lunch together as a church. These are also the services in which we typically do things like baby dedication, have missionaries or guest speakers share, etc.

“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
Hebrews 10:23–25 (NIV)
